Recommended for the more advanced dancer, solo routines teach you inspired choreography to expand your movement, creativity, & styling. Learn fun routines in each dance designed to develop your variety& personal flair!

Saturdays in CHS,

11am-12pm

Prepare your body for better ballroom dancing by building your strength & flexibility. This class uses THERAband exercises to focus in on your feet, ankles, inner & outer thighs to improve your balance & control. Recommended for all!
