Recommended for all dance levels, this hour long class focuses on building strength and fundamental movement techniques through a ballet inspired class. Each session will include a warm up, barre exercises, center work, and
cool down. It’s cross-training for your ballroom style & technique!

Recommended for Bronze level students and above, this class builds strong core techniques for the month’s focus dance. Gain the balance, control, strength & grace to execute your patterns like a pro!
